No, you do not need to be fit, strong or flexible to start pole dancing!

As you continue to practice and improve your skills, you will naturally become more fit and flexible. Remember, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the journey!
Do only women pole dance?
Nope! Men, women, and non-binary individuals can and do pole dance.
While pole dancing has traditionally been associated with women, it has become increasingly popular with people of all genders. In recent years, there has been a growing movement to break down gender stereotypes in pole dancing and to promote the sport as a form of fitness and self-expression for everyone, regardless of their gender identity.
Is there an age limit?
